At SwitchTobacco, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our products. However, due to the nature of vaping products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund & Return Policy.

2. General Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used vaping devices
  • Opened e-liquids, nicotine salts, or any consumable products
  • Products that have been unsealed or tampered with
  • Products that have been used or show signs of usage

We may make exceptions in cases of defective products or shipping errors, as detailed below.

3. Eligible for Return/Refund

We may accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges in the following circumstances:

4. Not Eligible for Return/Refund

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Not liking the flavor of e-liquid or nicotine salts
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Devices damaged due to improper use or negligence
  • Batteries or devices with physical damage
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Products without original packaging

5. Return Process

If you believe your situation qualifies for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

1 Contact Our Support

Email us at support@switchtobacco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

2 Provide Evidence

We may request photos or videos of the product showing the issue (defect, damage, wrong item, etc.).

3 Wait for Approval

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

4 Ship the Product

If instructed to return the product, package it securely in its original packaging with all accessories. We will provide a return shipping label if applicable.

5 Receive Resolution

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed to your original card within 7-10 business days
  • UPI/Bank Transfer: Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit which can be used for future purchases

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product:

  • Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery
  • Do not use the product if you suspect it's defective
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • We may require you to return the product for inspection
  • If confirmed defective, we will replace the product or issue a refund

Defective products are determined at our discretion after inspection.

8. Warranty Information

Some products come with manufacturer warranties. Please check the product description for warranty details.

To claim warranty service:

  • Contact us with your order details and issue description
  • We will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer
  • Warranty claims may require product inspection
  • Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Age Verification Returns

If we are unable to verify your age for delivery, your order will be canceled and refunded in full.

In such cases:

  • We will attempt to contact you for age verification
  • If verification fails, the order will be canceled
  • A full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days
  • No restocking fees will be charged

Due to the nature of vaping products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Please carefully review product descriptions and specifications before purchasing.

Can I return an e-liquid if I don't like the flavor?

No, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for e-liquids, nicotine salts, or any consumable products based on flavor preference. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot resell these products once they have left our facility.

What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund once we verify the damage.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For returns based on change of mind or other customer reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my device stops working after the return period?

Some devices come with manufacturer warranties. Please check the product description for warranty information. Contact us with your order details, and we will assist you with the warranty process with the manufacturer.
